This Rules describes the Terms of practices of ALPHA GOLD.

Effective Date: January 10, 2024. This User Agreement ("User Agreement") applies to the relationship between ALPHA GOLD, INC, a Delaware limited liability company ("ALPHAGOLD"), and its customers and other users of its websites www.alphaALPHAGOLD.com (collectively, "Website"), and other services. These terms apply to all transactions, including, without limitations, transactions involving precious metals, whether made through the Website, the ALPHAGOLD Website, by telephone or otherwise.

By using the Website, the ALPHAGOLD Website and other services provided by ALPHAGOLD, including, without limitation, purchasing, selling, storing, and redeeming precious metals from ALPHAGOLD, you are agreeing to the following terms, including, without limitation, the terms available by hyperlink. Do not use the Website, or the other services of ALPHAGOLD if you do not agree to this User Agreement.

PLEASE CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY READ THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH GOVERNS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH US AND YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR ANY OF THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SERVICES; YOU SHOULD NOT MAKE ORDERS, SALES OR PURCHASE THROUGH THE WEBSITE, BY TELEPHONE OR OTHERWISE.

THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES, UNDER SECTION 16(F), BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THAT SECTION. YOU ARE AGREEING TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US IN ACCORDANCE WITH THAT SECTION AND ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHTS TO HAVE A COURT PROCEEDING AND A JURY TRIAL OR TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS ACTION.
